In the winter chill of January 30, 2009, the life of Tiffany Marvin, a 33-year-old White/Caucasian woman, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter. The events unfolded in the parking lot of her workplace, Morris Murdock Travel, in South Salt Lake, Utah, just days before she would have celebrated her 34th birthday.
