A grim discovery was made on the morning of July 20, 2016, in a quiet West Jordan, Utah neighborhood. The body of Steven Conlon, a 29-year-old Caucasian male, was found in the front yard of a home on Cosmo Drive. Conlon had recently relocated to Utah from Colorado just two weeks prior to his death.
