In the early morning hours of February 1, 2019, the life of 23-year-old Dylan Tyson Millan, a Hispanic male, was cut short in a fatal confrontation in Logan, Utah. The incident unfolded inside an apartment on River Bend Road, the residence of his ex-girlfriend. Millan had gone to the apartment, reportedly to pick up his daughters.
