In the quiet streets of Ogden, Utah, a 59-year-old White male named Clinton Burrows was known for his friendly and approachable nature; he could strike up a conversation with anyone and was never seen as malicious or aggressive. At the time of his death, he was living with and caring for his mother. On the night of June 12, 2022, while walking down Patterson Street, his life was tragically cut short.
