On a tragic summer day, August 3, 2010, the life of 60-year-old Craig A. Pepin, a White male from Manchester, Connecticut, was cut short in a horrifying act of workplace violence. A longtime employee of Hartford Distributors, Pepin was at his place of work when a colleague, Omar S. Thornton, began a shooting rampage.
