On a tragic Friday evening, October 21, 2016, the life of Daniel Joseph Caron Sr., a 63-year-old White male from Bristol, Connecticut, was cut short by a single gunshot. The incident occurred in the driveway of a residence on Woodland Street in his beloved hometown. Emergency responders rushed him to Bristol Hospital, but he was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the chest. The man responsible for his death was not a stranger, but a friend and colleague, 35-year-old Chad Couture.
