Shere Rose, a 38-year-old Black / African American male, was found deceased on June 22, 2017. His life was cut short in a third-floor apartment located at 388 Farmington Avenue, a building situated directly across from the historic Mark Twain House and Museum.
The grim discovery was made after a concerned citizen alerted the Hartford police, who then entered the residence to find a tragic scene.
Upon their arrival, officers found Shere Rose, a resident of Main Street, lifeless inside the apartment.
