In the pre-dawn hours of January 10, 2019, the quiet of a New Haven, Connecticut neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. David London, a 46-year-old male resident of the city, was found lying on the sidewalk on Diamond Street near Roger White Drive in the Beaver Hills neighborhood. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene around 5:41 a.m. and began rendering medical aid.
