In the pre-dawn hours of January 10, 2019, the quiet of a New Haven, Connecticut neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. David London, a 46-year-old male resident of the city, was found lying on the sidewalk on Diamond Street near Roger White Drive in the Beaver Hills neighborhood.
