In the early hours of April 29, 2019, the life of 33-year-old Nathalie Feliciano, a Hispanic mother from Waterbury, Connecticut, was tragically cut short. A neighbor discovered her lying in the driveway of a home on Edin Avenue shortly after 1:30 a.m., prompting a call to the police. First responders arrived to a grim scene, finding Feliciano deceased from a gunshot wound to the head.
