In the pre-dawn hours of a Sunday in June, the life of 37-year-old Miguel Angel Ramos, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. On June 6, 2021, in New Haven, Connecticut, Ramos was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 4:19 a.m. on Springside Avenue, where responding police officers discovered him.
