On a summer evening in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, the life of 58-year-old Helen C Frazee, a female, was tragically cut short in a sudden and senseless act of violence. The events of July 24, 1984, unfolded when a man, later identified as Wayne Lee Crossley, initiated a violent rampage following a traffic stop a short distance from the Grand Central Motor Lodge.
