On November 5, 1984, the lives of Sandra Marie Armstrong Warren, a 46-year-old female, and her husband, James Julian Warren, Sr., came to a tragic end in their Rogers, Arkansas home. The couple was brutally murdered by their former son-in-law, William Frank Parker, in a violent rampage fueled by his recent divorce from their daughter.
