In the winter of 1996, the community of Hot Springs, Arkansas, was shaken by the sudden and violent death of one of its own. Christopher Bruce Anderson, a 36-year-old male Patrol Officer with the Hot Springs Police Department, lost his life in the line of duty on February 12th. Anderson, a respected officer with 12 years of service, was attempting to serve an arrest warrant at a residence on Lafayette Street.
