On Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014, the community of Hamburg, Arkansas, was shaken by the violent death of one of its lifelong residents. Randy Lee Coulter, a 78-year-old White/Caucasian male, was fatally shot, bringing a tragic end to a life deeply rooted in the small town.
