On a Christmas morning that should have been filled with warmth and celebration, tragedy struck in Hamburg, Arkansas. In the pre-dawn hours of December 25, 2018, the life of 33-year-old Todd A. Martin, a Black male from nearby Crossett, was cut short by an act of violence. The festive day turned into one of mourning and investigation after a startling crash on Chicago Street.
