Terry Steven Fox was last seen on July 3, 1988, in Sacramento, California, at the age of 38. He was reported missing by friends who stated they last saw him around that date, although some reports indicated he may have been seen as late as July 10, a week afterward. Terry is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing between 100 and 110 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Notably, he has a tattoo that reads "Betty Lee" on the left side of his chest.
