In the late afternoon of August 10, 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace in a parking lot at 18th and Pike Avenue in North Little Rock, Arkansas, leaving two young men fatally wounded. One of these men was Davonica Tupac Shabazz Winston, a 20-year-old male. When North Little Rock police officers arrived at the scene just before 5 p.m., they discovered both Winston and another man, 24-year-old Diontay Lamar Moore, suffering from serious gunshot wounds.
