In the late hours of August 30, 2015, the community of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, was struck by a tragedy that has since remained a painful, unanswered question. On that night, 32-year-old Darrell B. Lovett Jr., a male resident of the city, was discovered in his vehicle in the 5000 block of West 3rd Avenue.
