On October 31, 2014, 57-year-old Claudell Turner was found by Pine Bluff police inside his vehicle at the intersection of 12th and Cherry streets. Officers discovered Turner after his car had collided with a water hydrant and utility pole. At the time of discovery, Turner was still alive but unable to communicate; he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
