On March 19, 2017, 29-year-old Jordan Turner was found deceased in the middle of 6th Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, with a gunshot wound to the head. His sister, Shantella Turner, described him as a generous individual who was a father to a 9-year-old daughter, as well as an uncle and son.
