On December 13, 1998, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 36-year-old Jerrell Don Jenkins was fatally shot. Born on April 7, 1962, in Dumas, Arkansas, Jenkins was the son of T.L. Jenkins and Arlean Jenkins. He attended Dumas Public Schools and was a resident of Pine Bluff at the time of his death.
