In the spring of 2018, the life of 21-year-old Robert Lewis Rockett was tragically cut short in Little Rock, Arkansas. On a Tuesday in late March, he was discovered by his own brother, slumped inside a car on the 2100 block of Tyler Street. The young man from Benton was suffering from gunshot wounds.
