On September 24, 2018, 29-year-old Courtney Lane was fatally shot in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. near the intersection of 26th Avenue and Olive Street, a notably busy area at that time of day. Upon arrival, police found Lane deceased at the scene from apparent gunshot wounds.
