In the quiet town of Searcy, Arkansas, a tragedy unfolded on the morning of March 9, 2019, forever altering the lives of many. Jacquelyn 'Jackie' Hester, a 59-year-old Caucasian female, was found with gunshot wounds at the Country Meadows Apartments on Holmes Road.
