A woman is brutally beaten in her home and passes away five years later
Jane Murdaugh, a 77-year-old woman from Searcy, Arkansas, died on May 15, 2007, after years of suffering from a brutal attack that left her severely injured. The assault occurred on March 11, 2002, when Murdaugh, then 71, was found beaten inside her home on Fairview Road, White County. Discovered by her daughter, Murdaugh was lying between the kitchen and dining room, having sustained multiple head wounds.
