On a Tuesday morning in Little Rock, Arkansas, a call to the police initiated a sequence of events that would uncover a double homicide. On November 12, 2019, at 10:48 a.m., Montrell Burns contacted the Little Rock Police Department, reporting that he had returned to his residence at 2313 Nicholas Road to find two women deceased inside.
