In the small city of West Helena, Arkansas, a young man's life was cut short, leaving a void in the community. Jacob Clayton III, a 23-year-old Black male, was a quiet and mild-mannered person who found joy in the simple things, like spending time with his family and friends, inspirational writing, watching sports, and washing cars.
