In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Little Rock, Arkansas, the sound of gunshots pierced the air on Napa Valley Drive, across the street from the Westridge Apartments. When officers from the Little Rock Police Department arrived on the scene shortly after 10 p.m. on June 2, 2020, a witness directed them to a body lying outside.
