On a Sunday evening in Batesville, Arkansas, 34-year-old Andrew Kyle Milton was shot multiple times outside of a local convenience store. The incident, which occurred on July 12, 2020, ultimately claimed his life. Before succumbing to his injuries, Milton was able to identify his assailant to the police officers who had arrived at the scene. He named Casey Evans as the man who shot him and stated that Evans had fled in a red Ford F-150.
