Born on September 12, 1993, in nearby Blytheville, Darian was the daughter of Tim and Vera Talley.
A 2012 graduate of Rivercrest High School, she was remembered as a talented baritone player in the marching band.
Darian was a mother to four children: Destiny Thompson, Timothy Cowley III, Carter Cowley, and Kaci Fay McLaurin. Her life was deeply rooted in her family, which included three brothers and four sisters. She had a passion for writing beautiful poems and singing. Friends and family recall her love for shopping at flea markets and yard sales, her joy in growing plants and vegetables, and her compassionate nature, especially her love for animals, as she would never turn away a stray.
