On the evening of September 6, 2023, the life of 36-year-old Tiana Robinson, a Black / African American female from Osceola, Arkansas, was tragically cut short. At approximately 9:20 p.m., officers from the Osceola Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of West Broadway following a report of a shooting.
