On the evening of February 1, 2021, a young man’s life was cut short in Lonoke County, Arkansas, following a heated dispute. Richard Kyle Duvall, a 21-year-old male from Jacksonville, was found lying in a driveway in the 600 block of Joyner Loop around 8:00 p.m. with gunshot wounds.
