On a Saturday night in Pinebluff, Arkansas, the life of 32-year-old Terrance J. Brady, a male, was tragically cut short. On March 26, 2022, Brady was killed in an act of gun violence.
Law enforcement officials were called to the area of East 26th Avenue and South Elm Street shortly after 8:00 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Terrance J. Brady inside a vehicle, suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident marked the eighth homicide in Pine Bluff for that year.
In the days that followed, the Pine Bluff Police Department made progress in their investigation. Two individuals, 18-year-old Kylan Kentle and 20-year-old Kyturious ADC Johnson, were identified as suspects in connection with the fatal shooting. Warrants for capital murder were issued for both men. Johnson was taken into custody without incident by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Pine Bluff Police Department. He was subsequently booked at the Jefferson County jail.
The investigation also led to the arrest of Kentle, who was located and apprehended with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service. At the time of their arrests, both Kentle and Johnson were being held without bond as the investigation into the death of Terrance J. Brady continued. Another individual, a 21-year-old man, was also arrested in relation to the homicide.
