In the quiet community of Ashdown, Arkansas, a verbal dispute within a family home escalated into a tragedy, ending the life of 37-year-old Joshua John Yaeger. On July 26, 2022, Yaeger, a male, was involved in a heated argument with his mother's live-in boyfriend, 65-year-old Walter Richard Duermit Jr. The confrontation took place in the bedroom of a house located in the Richmond Community of Ashdown.
