In the early morning hours of December 13, 2022, a physical altercation outside a residence in Brinkley, Arkansas, tragically ended the life of 53-year-old Jimmy Lee Dillard. Brinkley Police officers responded to a call at approximately 1:30 a.m. at 510 A South Carter Street, where they found Dillard deceased at the scene.
