On the day after Christmas in 2022, the life of 41-year-old Noel Drake Marks, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Little Rock, Arkansas. The fatal incident unfolded at the Big Country Chateau apartment complex located on Colonel Glenn Road. Responding to a call at 1:06 p.m., officers from the Little Rock Police Department arrived to find a harrowing scene.
