On December 26, 2022, 41-year-old Noel Drake Marks was fatally shot at the Big Country Chateau apartment complex on Colonel Glenn Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Little Rock Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the city's 81st and final homicide of 2022.
