On a tragic day in June 2011, Jerrold 'Jerry' Fremont Shelley, a 62-year-old male attorney, was killed in a violent shooting spree that spanned across Yuma and Wellton, Arizona. The incident, which claimed the lives of four other individuals, was carried out by 73-year-old Carey Hal Dyess.
