Upon arrival, officers discovered three men who had been shot. The victims were transported to local hospitals, where 40-year-old Eric Moore succumbed to his injuries. Another man remains in critical condition, and the third is in stable condition.
Eric Moore, a 40-year-old resident of Dallas, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
His passing has left a significant impact on his family and the community. A wake was held on November 29, 2024, at the Christian Stronghold Church, followed by a funeral service and burial on November 30, 2024, at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
