On December 16, 2024, at approximately 7:13 p.m., the Lamesa Police Department responded to reports of shots fired in the 400 block of South Avenue G. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim who was promptly transported to Medical Arts Hospital by Emergency Medical Services. Shortly thereafter, authorities received a call about an unconscious male, later identified as 46-year-old Lil Frankie Edward Moses, found in the driveway of a residence in the 800 block of South 3rd Street.
