On December 1, 2024, 36-year-old Myron Octavis Rowe was fatally shot at his residence on Wilson Hill Loop in Prairie, Mississippi. A skilled carpenter and cherished community member, Rowe was born on May 30, 1988, in Amory, Monroe County, Mississippi. He is survived by his parents, Jimmie L. Bowers and Ruby S. Rowe, his sons, Jabaron McGaha and Rhylen Rowe, his brother, Jimmy Justin Bowers, and his sisters, Bridget Veal, Felecia Bowers, and Victoria Bowers.
