On December 13, 2024, at approximately 7:45 a.m., deputies from the Carroll County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Wesley Road and Patapsco Road in Finksburg, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered two men inside a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck that had been fired upon multiple times.
