In the predawn hours of December 12, 2024, the life of 23-year-old Theodore Henry Fox, a White male from De Witt, Iowa, was tragically cut short. Shortly before 1:40 a.m., he was brought to the emergency department of a local hospital in a private vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound.
