On November 24, 2024, at approximately 3:15 a.m., St. Joseph County Police responded to a report of a shooting at a house party on Quinn Road near Bremen, Indiana. Upon arrival, officers discovered evidence of a shooting at a short-term rental property in the 17200 block of Quinn Road. A 19-year-old male, later identified as Magic Marquise Murphy of South Bend, was transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, where he succumbed to his injuries.
