In the early evening of Friday, November 29, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace at an apartment complex on the 1000 block of Amli Way in Augusta, Georgia. When Richmond County sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene around 6:55 p.m., they discovered two men who had been shot. Both were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
