On November 30, 2024, at approximately 5:07 a.m., Monroe Police Department officers responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at 114 4th Street in Monroe, Georgia. Upon arrival, they discovered 20-year-old Allison Marie Kaspor, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
