On January 10, 2023, at approximately 1:55 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting incident in the 400 block of North Jim Miller Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered 17-year-old Kareem Kendreal Jones lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Emergency responders transported him to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
