On June 10, 2023, in Longview, Texas, a tragic shooting occurred in the early morning hours, resulting in the deaths of two brothers, 19-year-old Aleksei Gamez and 18-year-old Alexander Gamez. At approximately 2:52 a.m., Longview Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 600 block of Harrison Street.
