On June 14, 2023, at approximately 7:50 p.m., 19-year-old Davion Jonte' Roberts was fatally shot in the parking lot of a business located at 10205 East Freeway in Houston, Texas. Responding officers from the Houston Police Department (HPD) and paramedics found Roberts suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
