On September 15, 2023, Lacie Anne Griffin, a 30-year-old white female from Whitewright, Texas, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The event occurred in the 12000 block of East Line Road in Whitewright. Emergency responders found Lacie Griffin deceased at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound.
