On November 12, 2023, at approximately 11:40 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting in the 800 block of Wayne Street in East Dallas. Upon arrival, officers found 46-year-old Renne Gonzalez suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
